Discrimination words

This series of drawings are aimed to raise awareness of companies about gender discrimination and the daily words that lock the same people in the same jobs.

Many companies are not really open-mind with the idea of hiring women. Most of the time, decisions are taken by men and women don’t really have the chance to prove what they are capable of.

These drawings were (and still are sometimes) exhibited in several public places and events fighting against pregudice.

Those illustrations were exhibited in few city halls, centers for professional insertion and high school in Paris area for a year, in partnership with the 2 Rives de Seine and the CA2RS.
